Modern Waste Systems offers many services to residential customers and as a locally owned and operated company, we strive to meet the needs of our customers. A live person will always answer your call if you ever need to get in touch with us.

Residential Guidelines
- Place your trash out the night before your scheduled pick-up day. We will not return to pick up trash that is not set out in time.
- You MUST call in any extra items such as appliances, furniture, carpet, and other bags or items that DO NOT fit in the cart. There may be extra charges that apply for these types of items.
- We can not pick up grass clippings, leaves, or other yard waste.
- Our policy is one household per account. Sharing will not be permitted!
- If a holiday falls on a weekday (M-F), there is a one-day layover for the remainder of the week. All pickups will be caught up by Saturday.
- We observe six (6) holidays; New Year's Day, Memorial Day,4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Holidays falling on Saturdays will not be affected.
- Pay for one (1) year upfront, and receive one month free!
